Deep among the lush forests of Trong Hoa Commune, Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh Province, scattered stilt houses form villages inhabited by ethnic minority communities in one of Vietnam’s particularly disadvantaged areas. At daybreak, the NCS delegation began its journey through the mountain passes to bring the warmth of Tết to local residents.
After traveling nearly a thousand kilometers, 200 Lunar New Year gift packages from Noi Bai Catering Services Joint Stock Company reached villages across Trong Hoa Commune. Each package included a 5kg bag of rice, a bag of traditional Tết confectionery and a lucky-money envelope containing VND 500,000.
The “Tết Trao Yêu Thương” charity journey was warmly welcomed by local residents. Bringing greetings from Hanoi and the warmth of the approaching Lunar New Year, the NCS delegation met with local families and presented gifts to help them enjoy a warmer and more fulfilling Tết.
This was NCS’s first charity trip of 2025, opening a new year of meaningful community initiatives centered on sharing compassion and delivering practical support to communities across Vietnam.

As part of a series of events celebrating the 30th anniversary of Vietnam Airlines Corporation, NCS joined Vietnam Airlines in organizing the “FLY WITH FLAVORS” workshop from May 21–23, 2025.
The program featured training and culinary demonstrations by Vietnam Airlines’ international catering partners, including Servair (France), SRIC and ANAC (Japan), dnata (Dubai), gategroup (Switzerland), Foodfolk (Australia), together with Vietnam Airlines-affiliated catering companies VACS and MASCO.
The workshop opened with demonstrations of iconic Vietnamese dishes such as Pho, Bun Cha and Lotus Stem Salad, led by NCS Executive Chef Nguyen Kien Cuong. Carefully selected ingredients, vibrant colors and artistic plating on both plates and airline meal trays showcased the appeal of Vietnamese cuisine, while the aromas of rich pho broth and freshly grilled pork filled the workshop.
The French culinary session led by a Servair chef brought another distinctive highlight, showcasing the precision and refinement of French cooking through dishes including Navarin of Lamb, Basque Chicken and Provençal-Style Grilled Fish.

As Vietnam celebrated its historic ASEAN Cup 2024 triumph, millions of Vietnamese hearts were united in pride. At this special moment, Noi Bai Catering Services Joint Stock Company (NCS) was proud to join Vietnam Airlines in sharing the joy of victory in a simple yet heartfelt way.
On the day Vietnam was crowned champion, passengers aboard Vietnam Airlines flights received special mousse cakes decorated with the Vietnamese national flag. The vibrant red and iconic yellow star were carefully recreated by NCS in every cake, carrying a message of national pride high into the sky.
More than a dessert, each cake became a small symbol of unity, confidence and patriotism—bringing the national team’s victory from the ground to Vietnam Airlines flights connecting Vietnamese people everywhere.
For NCS, service goes beyond quality and safety. It is also about sharing meaningful values, emotions and national pride. Contributing to such an important national celebration alongside Vietnam Airlines was a great honor for NCS’s employees, chefs and entire workforce.
